Every machine we sell is used equipment with honest hours and documented condition — but you should not have to guess after the lowboy leaves. For 30 calendar days from delivery, Myers Ward stands behind what we represented in writing and in photos.
If a major engine, transmission, or hydraulic issue appears that was not disclosed in the listing packet and was not caused by misuse, we work with you on a fair fix: shop time toward repair, replacement parts where appropriate, or another agreed resolution. Normal wear, consumables, attachments you add later, and damage from overload or neglect are outside this window — the same way any responsible fleet would treat a working machine.
